PRIOR LAKE, Minnesota (March 3, 2022) –Nuvera Communications, Inc. (OTC: NUVR) a diversified communications company, will expand its Gig speed internet service to homes and businesses across Prior Lake.
Nuvera’s Gig Cities Project is investing $200+ million dollars to build fiber-to-the-home internet service to the communities it serves. Fiber internet is the industry gold standard for the fastest speeds and most reliable connection.
Prior Lake and Nuvera have a strong history of partnership to provide service to residents. Several neighborhoods were part of Nuvera’s early pilot project for Gig speed services, including Spring Lake Estates, The Enclave at Cleary Lake, Fish Point Rd/Fairlawn Shores Trail Neighborhoods and Eagle Creek Estates.

The City of Prior Lake and Nuvera are currently working on the mapping, construction and permitting processes for the project. Neighborhoods will begin receiving notifications about construction and service availability beginning in early summer.
