NEW ULM, MN – Sept. 2, 2022 – The Board of Directors of Nuvera Communications, Inc. approved a 3rd quarter dividend payment of $.14 per share. The recently declared dividend will be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 9, 2022 and will be payable on September 16, 2022.
“Nuvera’s significant investment in the fiber overbuild for all our communities continued to roll out in a very tangible way this summer with construction ongoing in several communities including New Ulm, Goodhue, Springfield, Sleepy Eye, Litchfield, Aurelia, Glencoe, Hutchinson and Prior Lake,” said Nuvera CEO Glenn Zerbe. “By the end of the year, thousands of customers will be experiencing faster, more reliable internet.
